Judge Laurie M. Earl is a nonpartisan Judge of the Superior Court of Sacramento County California. Prior to being appointed to the bench in 2005, Judge Earl spent 15 years practicing criminal law Sacramento County. She has received multiple honors by her peers including “Judge of the Year” and the Ronald M. George Award for Judicial Excellence. She is a member of the Judicial Council’s Trial Court Presiding judges Advisory Committee as well as a member of the Trial Court Budget Working Group.
D.A. Anne Marie Schubert
D.A. Anne Marie Schubert is a career prosecutor with 29 years of law enforcement experience. As a Sacramento County Prosecutor, She spent most of her career prosecuting some of the area’s most notorious and dangerous criminals. Today, she is a nationally recognized in her knowledge of forensic DNA. The Sacramento DA’s office is proud to train and assist other law enforcement agencies across the country in the use of DNA and investigative Genetic Genealogy to solve violent crime.
Dr. Elizabeth M. McClure MD (ret)
Dr. Elizabeth M. McClure, MD is one of the country’s top ranked doctors with over 30 years of diverse experience. She attended and graduated with honors from medical school in 1989. Prior to retiring from Sutter Medical Foundation in 2015, Dr. McClure was primarily located in Sacramento, California and specialized in obstetrics & gynecology. Today, Dr. McClure serves as a consultant to other physicians.

Matt Thomas began his career in the issuance industry in 2004 and has been the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for assure insurance since 2008. As the company CFO, Matt handles several functions at the corporate level, which include financial management and reporting, compliance and legal operations, information technology and Administrative/Human Resources support.
Teacher-Natomas Unified School District
Nicole Swonger has been a teacher with Natomas Unified School District since 2004. After graduating CSUS in 2001 Nicole received her professional CLEAR credentials in 2003. Her ambition as an educator is to inspire her students to do extraordinary things in this world. She continues to lead multiple programs on and off campus and was recently honored with the title “Teacher of the Year” by her peers.

Law Enforcement Liaison
Sgt. Glen Glaser Jr. has been in law enforcement for over 23 years and is currently the California State Coordinator of all the Drug Evaluation and Classification Programs (DECP). These training courses include: Drug Recognition Expert (DRE), Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement (ARIDE), Standardized Field Sobriety Testing (SFST) and Drug Impairment Training for Educational Professionals (DITEP)
